40 years of denim expertise

The brand has visibly changed in 4 decades. The basis for all changes in 2017 was the brand values of expertise, down-to-earth attitude, quality commitment, fashion affinity and lifeblood. Credibility, reliability and honesty are what matters equally at ANGELS in dealing with products and humans. These success factors retain unlimited validity.


In 1980 the founding couple Fleckenstein had the idea of designing and producing jeans that are perceived as a “gift from heaven”. Since then the seasonal collections have existed with a great deal of personal commitment, a high degree of competence and the focus on the best fits. To date 5-pocket jeans count among the most popular ladies’ trousers – the first models wore the label ANGELS on the German market. The founding couple sold the business in 2015 and left the company in March 2017.


In 2018 ANGELS as an economically strong and successful company can look back on an impressive success story. Reliability, credibility and competence form the basis of this success and continue to be important cornerstones. The company focuses on the product and an honest affection for the ANGELS customer.  

KUTIES & One Size Fits All Angels

In 2019 Angels became an official sponsor of the 2nd German league women’s handball team “Kuties Herrenberg”. The perfect opportunity for a fantastic photo shoot with the Kuties, all wearing “One Size Fits All Angels”. For us, more evidence that “One Size Fits All Angels” really do fit – from 36-44!

Design, pattern creation, production and washes of each pair of ANGELS jeans is done in Europe. All textiles used are also woven in Europe. Workplaces are secured through the final inspections that are carried out in Germany. The eco-friendly production is generally done taking into account the strict European guidelines. The diversity of washes and qualities is the confirmed competence of ANGELS. The used, destroyed, crinkle or random wash effect create a harmonious, sporty overall look. All used qualities undergo multiple tests and are characterised by colourfastness, a high level of form stability and at the same time the important comfort factor. ANGELS stands for perfect fit, high quality material usage and a modern look.


Lived responsibility towards partners and employees and the awareness of quality is the basis of the joint success for the corporate management. Up to today the quality control of all collections takes place at the company’s headquarters. Each individual pair of trousers is not released to the retail trade until a careful check has been performed. This is how ANGELS succeeds in constantly keeping the return rate of the trousers low and ensuring the high quality standard of the brand in the long term.
