The look of worn folds on denim is manually created using sandpaper.
Dyed product is coated with colouring agent. Through a subsequent wash an abrasion is created on the seams and through this the characteristic two-tone look.
The artificially created crinkle look gives the trousers a worn look.
The fabric is consciously destroyed mechanically. The treated areas are underlaid with material so no skin can be seen.
The trousers remain dark black and do not lose any colour even after several washes through a special dying process.
A dirty look on the product is achieved in the dying process or also during the wash with the help of colouring agents.
Denim product is over-dyed with a contrasting dye; subsequently this second colour is again given a heavily worn look when washing. In this way the darker look and 2-toneness on the seams is created.
